What you can do
Countries
One row per country — the name plus its three ISO 3166 codes: the 2-letter code (BG), the 3-letter code (BGR) and the numeric code (100). All four are required and must be unique, so you can't accidentally enter a country twice. Country names are multilingual: switch the UI language (Settings → Region & Language) and translated names show automatically; the ISO codes stay the same in every language.
Cities
Cities you work with, each attached to its required Country. City names are multilingual too. Wherever another module offers a city picker, choosing the country first narrows the city list to that country's cities.
Reports & dashboard
None — this is a plain registry.
Settings
No dedicated entries; the two registries above are the module's whole surface. (Which language the names display in follows the shared Region & Language setting.)
