Your organization works in its own environment with a dedicated database in AWS Frankfurt, daily backups kept for 30 days, and product updates applied automatically. Work that changes the product for your organization, such as adaptations, integrations, data migration, training sessions, or configuration done by the team, is quoted separately as Custom.

Subscription terms

What counts as a user
Every user account that is active during a month is billed for that month. Deactivate an account and it stops being billed from the next month.
Invoicing and payment
Standard is invoiced monthly in euro, in advance, excluding VAT. Pay by card or bank transfer; card payments are processed by Stripe. Material price increases take effect only from the next renewal, after reasonable advance notice.
Usage
There are no fixed limits on records, documents, or storage under normal use. If your volumes are unusually large, the team contacts you before anything changes.
Leaving
Cancel at any time before the next renewal by writing to office@codbex.com. Cancellation takes effect from the next month, and the month already paid is not refunded. You then have 30 days to export your data, after which it is deleted from production; backup copies expire within a further 30 days.

Does the Free Demo expire?
No. The Free Demo has no time limit. It runs in a shared environment on sample data, so you cannot load your own company data, and the demo data may be reset.
What does Standard cost?
€10 per active user per month, excluding VAT, invoiced monthly in euro and paid in advance by card or bank transfer.
Which features are included?
Standard includes every standard app and documented workflow for every user, your own environment, daily backups, automatic updates, and email support for usage questions and defects. Adaptations, integrations, migration, training, and configuration by the team are Custom work.
How can a customer cancel and export data?
Write to office@codbex.com before the next renewal; the cancellation takes effect from the next month. Every list and report exports to CSV, and after the subscription ends you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
