Readiness roadmap

What is ready today, and when each solution will be complete.

BusinessIntents is a young product. Rather than describe every solution as finished, we publish how much of the expected functionality is already in the standard product, what state that puts the solution in, and the month in which we plan to call it fully ready.

The figures are reviewed by the product team and updated as waves of work ship. If something you depend on is in the "coming next" column, tell us: it helps us order the work.

Five solutions

Coverage, readiness state, and the planned date, per solution.

Reading the numbers

What the figures mean, and what they do not.

What does the percentage measure?

For each functional area we list the capabilities a business typically uses in that area and mark which of them the standard product covers today. The area percentage is that share. A solution's percentage is the weighted average of its areas, with the areas it is built around counted twice.

What does "fully ready" mean?

That the solution covers what a business of its kind typically expects, end to end, in the standard product. It does not mean that every imaginable feature exists: areas the solution deliberately leaves out, such as a point-of-sale till in Retail, stay out of scope and are stated on the card.

Can we use a solution before it is fully ready?

Yes. "Early access" means the main workflows already run end to end and are used by Standard customers; the gaps are the ones listed. The free demo shows the current state on sample data, and the Standard subscription includes every update as it ships.

Will the dates move?

They may. Dates reflect the current plan and the order in which we close the gaps. When a date changes, the card changes with it and the "last reviewed" stamp is updated; we do not quietly reset the clock.

Where can we see what shipped?

On the product updates page, and in the per-area "works today" column above, which is refreshed at each review.

Shape the order of work

Missing something you need first?

Tell us which workflow matters most to you. Gaps requested by real businesses are scheduled ahead of the rest, and Custom work can bridge the time until the standard product catches up.
