Business management feature

Manage services with a clear record of every handoff.

A lightweight service desk: customers, suppliers and staff raise support tickets; a staff member picks one up and holds a conversation with the requester right on the ticket, then closes it with a solution that becomes reusable know-how.

A familiar issue-tracker experience, in miniature.

Use the documented operating model as a starting point, then adapt fields, approvals, reports, or connected areas when your process differs.
