Before you start
Put the right records and roles in place.
The customer must already exist in Customers. If the meeting is with a specific colleague, that colleague must exist in Employees; a one-desk business can leave the employee empty.
Documented sequence
From a free slot to a booked meeting.
Each stage identifies the action, handoff, or record change that moves the work forward.
- 01
Pick a free slot — Coordinator
Open Appointments in the Sales group to see a three-day grid of 30-minute slots from 09:00 to 18:00, with weekends closed. Taken slots are marked, and clicking a free one fills in the time.
- 02
Fill in who and save — Coordinator
Pick the customer, optionally the employee the meeting is with, and add a short note if useful. After saving, the slot shows as taken on the grid straight away.
Connected work
Carry the record into the next decision.
Related features and workflows reuse the same business records instead of asking teams to rebuild the context.
The grid offers only 30-minute weekday slots between 09:00 and 18:00; other times and weekends are not offered.
A starting point, not a fixed package
Fit the grid to your opening hours.
Appointments is an optional module, added to any solution on request, and it adds no settings of its own: the grid runs on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 in 30-minute slots. Other opening hours, slot lengths or extra fields can be scoped as a Custom adaptation.

Book an appointment FAQs
How do we avoid double bookings?
Slots that already hold an appointment show as taken on the grid, so a clash is visible at a glance before anyone books.
How do we move or cancel an appointment?
Open the appointment and edit it, or delete it. The grid updates accordingly.
Does an appointment need approval or get a number?
No. There is no number, status or workflow: the appointment is stored with its date and time, and the grid is the record of what is free.
Does every appointment have to name an employee?
No. Only the customer is required. The employee is optional, so a one-desk business simply leaves it empty.
